Thanks to its bound texture, it’s easy to incorporate into your preparations without the need for binders or long reductions. It also saves you precious time in the kitchen, while guaranteeing consistency in the quality of your dishes. Simply dilute it over heat to the desired intensity, or reduce it slightly for a more concentrated, smooth juice.

Dosage: 50 g per liter of water
Composition: Dehydrated vegetables (tomatoes, onions, garlic), glucose syrup, hydrolysed vegetable protein (contains soya), cornstarch, modified maize starch, flavour enhancer E-621, salt, flavourings, partially hardened rapeseed oil, color E-150c, beef extract Contains soya and soya-based product.
Employment:
- Dilute indicated amount in cold water
- Whisk until perfectly blended.
- Boil for 5 minutes until completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat and use as required
